1. Approve the expense for GTE to be the DJ at our first Wake-Up in the amount of $225.
2. Amend the motion from 2025 that reads "Motion to approve any remaining funds from YPN in 2025 to be used to purchase polos for the 2026 YPN committee, and gift cards for Big Brothers, Big Sisters."
Due to the change in need the amendment would be to use the funds to help purchase shoes for the Kicks for Kids fundraiser benefiting Big Brothers, Big Sisters.

For planning purposes, the general flow would be to begin the morning with MLS Tours and Trends at the FAR office, following regular announcements, then have everyone head to Fairwinds for a 9:45–10:00 a.m. start.
The plan for the day is to meet at the community, where Fairwinds will:

Show a few available units for seniors who may be considering a move

Review the referral program they offer to Realtors
