We are preparing Chicken and Pasta with a green salad and strawberry pizza.
You will be able to eat lunch and visit with the guests ... they really enjoy it.

Event Schedule: Monday Sept 21, 2026 From 11:00AM- 2:00PM
Location: 2730 Fresno St, Fresno CA 93721
Parking: Located in Lot 4 right next to Terrys House

• Arrival (by 11:00 AM): We recommend arriving 1–1.5 hours before serving to allow plenty of time for set-up and dish preparation. You’re welcome to come earlier if that’s helpful.
  
• Serving (12:30–2:30 PM): Lunch is typically enjoyed over the course of one hour.
  
• Clean-Up (2:30–3:00 PM): Please allow about 30 minutes for clean-up and to put away any leftovers. Many people find it easiest to clean as they go, which helps wrap things up more quickly.

Preparation Needs:
If you need anything specific (e.g., Instant Pot, griddle, BBQ Grill) or want to drop off ingredients ahead of time, just let me know.
Serving Style:
Buffet-style works best. Large foil pans are ideal so guests can serve themselves. This also makes clean-up a lot easier.
Supplies:
Bringing disposable plates, cups, utensils and to-go containers is encouraged for convenience.
Menu:
Once you've finalized your menu, feel free to email it over so we can make the signs to inform our guests.
Some popular ideas include Hispanic, or Asian-inspired meals. Build-your-own bars (tacos, salads, soups, etc.) are also a hit. A balanced spread might include 1–2 main dishes, a side, and dessert.
If you're planning on bringing drinks, individually packaged beverages are ideal.

We’re currently serving around 35-40 guests, but I recommend checking in on the day you shop for ingredients to get the most accurate count.
