The Fresno Association of REALTORS® encourages you to support our Affiliate Members! Affiliate Members are those who are affiliated with the real estate industry, and offer services to our REALTOR® Members, and their clients. Affiliate Members pay dues to the Association and are given certain privileges as a member.

Some of the businesses offered through our Affiliates are:

Escrow & Title, Home Inspection, Home Warranty, Insurance, Legal, Mortgage & Finance, Property Management, Flooring, Cleaning Services, Junk Removal, Pool Services, Home Builders, Home Staging, Pest Control, and much more.

Fees for Joining

Affiliate Associates will need to join under their Active Primary Affiliate. From there you can determine whether or not you want to join as a local Primary Affiliate/Affiliate Associate and/or if you want to join local and State through C.A.R. allowing Affiliates additional benefits.

We encourage you to call us at (559) 490-6400 when considering joining. It’s always nicer talking to you in person. There are a few options for joining as an Affiliate Member (as you’ll see below) and there are benefits to both.

This is not a comprehensive list of fees. This list is to assist members in determining what reoccurring fees are due and when. To learn more about the associated costs in joining, please call Membership at (559) 490-6400.

Fresno Affiliate Membership Dues are billed once a year. Due January 1st, with the last day to pay by February 15th. The Affiliate Dues for 2026 are $130.00 per Affiliate up to and including the first 4, then $75.00 for each Affiliate thereafter.
