How do I become a Clerical User?

Fill out the Clerical User Access Application found below. Submit the application along with your prorated MLS fee and we’ll take it from there!

Fees for Joining

The clerical user access fee is $235 semiannually, billed to the broker on May 1st and November 1st and delinquent forty-five (45) days thereafter. Fees are prorated at the time of joining and change on the 25th of each month.

Training

Clerical User Training & Certification Class: As per the Board of Directors this class is now an annual requirement for Clerical Users who have access to the MLS.  Any new Clerical Users must take the training within 30 days of attaining MLS access or their access will be terminated. Classes are being held once a month at the FAR Office. Please see our calendar for a schedule of classes, or call FAR at (559) 490-6400 for more details.

Once Clerical Users have attended this class, a yearly Renewals class is required to maintain MLS access to avoid termination.
