RETS Consultants
RETS Data Feeds are for Consultants who are initiating the RETS application process.
1. Existing Consultants
The RETS Consultant Application is not required if you are in good standing and have a preexisting, active RETS feed with the Fresno MLS.
The MLS Member/Client will need to complete a RETS Member Application.
2. New Consultants
New Consultants will need to complete the RETS Consultant Application.
The MLS Member/Client will need to complete a RETS Member Application.
3. Fax/Email both the New Consultant Application (if applicable) and the RETS Member Application along with payment to the FAR Office at FAX: (559) 490-6464 or E-mail the forms to rets@fresnorealtors.com.
4. RETS login credentials will be sent to the consultant when the application is approved and payment has been processed.

The Table Below Shows the proration of fees for new RETS Consultants. All fees are prorated on the 25th of each month.

Example 1:
A new RETS consultant submits an application for RETS access in August. The consultant would pay an access fee of $117.49 (3 months of access) and a setup fee of $100.00 for a total of $217.49 for . In November the RETS Consultant would join the normal billing cycle and receive an invoice for $235.00.
Example 2:
A new RETS consultant submits an application for RETS access in April. The consultant would pay an access fee of $39.15 for one month of access, plus $235.00 for the next 6 months of access (7 months total) and a setup fee of $100.00 for a total of $374.15. In November the RETS Consultant would join the normal billing cycle and receive an invoice for $235.00.
