- Section 1: The following Standing Committees will be renamed:
- Diversity to Fair Housing and Diversity Committee
- Membership to New Member Connection Committee

The proposed revisions were made to incorporate recommendations from the Fresno Association of REALTORS® Board of Director’s Working Group.
The Fresno Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors recommends Bylaw changes to the membership. Final approval occurs when at least 10% of Active REALTOR® Members vote* and a majority of those votes approve the changes.
*Active at the time of the special meeting/vote.

Save the date: Tuesday, February 24th, 2026. Voting will take place by E-vote.
The vote will take place via E-vote, similar to how the Fresno Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors voting occurs.
